There are times when looking at the same screen can be invaluable. If you are having a problem and need help resolving it, or if your computer is behaving oddly and need another set of eyes to help diagnose the problem, we are only a click or two away. We have built our own remote access tools to help in such a case.
Follow the instructions below to help us connect to your computer
If you find following these instructions are difficult or there is something we could do better, either send us a quick note or mention it to the helpdesk while you are getting your problem resolved.
Windows Remote Assistance
- If you are asked to choose "Run" or "Save", please save this file to your desktop.
If you need help with this step, skip down to step 4. - Double-click on the Digirati icon on your desktop. You may be asked if you are sure you want to run this program. Please click "Yes" or "Run"
