Some of our clients have an in-house helpdesk staff, and bring us in for troubleshooting, networking, and server management.

Clients have access to our trouble ticketing system, for easy reporting and tracking of problems. Users share a common ticketing interface, so they can learn from other peoples' problems and fixes.

After-Hours/Remote Access

Much of our work can be done after business hours and on weekends, to avoid disrupting your day-to-day business. Additionally, a lot of the work can be done remotely, so you don't need to make someone stay late at the office to lock up after us.
